Due to strict regulatory requirements and chain-of-custody protocols, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any prescription IV solution product. This policy ensures product integrity and patient safety.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will promptly replace the affected item(s) at no additional cost.

To initiate a replacement, use the form below and provide:

  • Your Order Number
  • A Description of the Issue
  • Photographic Evidence of the Damage or Defect

Replacements will be shipped using the original delivery method.
